Acceptance of Terms

By accessing forcePomo you agree to this document and any future revisions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Use of the Service

• forcePomo is provided for personal productivity tracking. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service in ways that degrade reliability for other users.
• Automation that triggers check-ins or commits without human oversight is prohibited because it distorts session history.

Third-Party Integrations

Google Calendar integration relies on Google APIs. Your use of those APIs is subject to Google’s terms in addition to this agreement.

Availability & Changes

We may update features, suspend access, or modify these terms when necessary for security or compliance reasons. Significant changes will be announced via release notes or the GitHub repository.

Liability

forcePomo is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for productivity losses, missed reminders, or damages arising from reliance on the tool.
